Issues with product - any product issues needs to be reported in 14 days after receiving the item. If you change your mind, don't worry this sometimes happens. Your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt. Once the product arrives it will be processed for assessment and verification of the fault.

Upon receipt it will be inspected, tested and repaired. If we are unable to repair the item we will offer a replacement (stock permitting).
